Job Description

Our client, an industry-leading manufacturing company in Valencia, CA, is seeking an experienced Bilingual Plant Manager to oversee daily operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring strong operational expertise, lean manufacturing experience, and a hands-on management style.

Location: Valencia, CA

Pay: $100k-$130k/annually

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Responsibilities:
* Lead all plant operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality standards are met.
* Develop and implement lean manufacturing strategies, including Gemba walks, Kaizen events, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Oversee P&L management, budget forecasting, and cost control measures to drive profitability.
* Manage labor costs, procurement, and resource allocation while maintaining production efficiency.
* Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards in partnership with the Quality Manager.
* Work closely with Safety, HR, and Procurement teams to optimize operational workflows and foster employee development.
* Maintain strong relationships with vendors and external partners.
* Spend 80% of time on the production floor and 20% on backend operations to ensure optimal process execution.

Qualifications:
* 5+ years of Plant Management experience at the Director level in a manufacturing environment.
* MBA required.
* Six Sigma Certification (Green or White Belt) required.
* Bilingual in English & Spanish is mandatory.
* Strong leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.
* Expertise in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and servant leadership principles.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP, and CRM software.
